JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and process shipments from booking to make documents
- Advise and support customers to resolve arising issues until the goods are delivered to the consignee at the final port of destination
- Support / represent Sales staff to work with customers, assigned foreign agents such as: introduce the company, quote prices & company services, make contracts, negotiate contract terms if any.
- Send booking request to customer service department
- Make quotation & other system tasks for the shipment in handling
- Track the shipment
- Handle any issues arising from the shipment within the scope of the sales staff‘s work
- Update customer status to sales staff
- Report the foreign agent status to the Sales staff & Agency Director
- Job details will be discussed during the interview
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the same position of Customer Service & Documentation in the Shipping / Forwarder for Sea import & Export goods
- Have good communication
- Be able to handle work pressure, support customers after hours when arising
- Priority is given to candidates who are fluent in English
- Priority is given to candidates who are local and unmarried.
