JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning & leading sales team to reach business goals.
- Collecting and continuous updating market information.
- Developing strategic relationships with suppliers and agents.
- Training, building & managing sales teams effectively.
- Consulting Board of Directors in planning business plan and policies.
- Periodical reports to Board of Management.
- Supporting sales team and Accounting Department to collect debts from customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year experience in Logistics sales management or 2 years in another management positions.
- Graduating from college or higher majoring in economics, foreign trade, import-export, maritime.
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make plans, arrange, work assignment, team building, working under high pressure.
