JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement long-term, medium-term and short-term marketing strategies in line with the company‘s business orientation.
- Set annual marketing budgets, monitor and optimize spending effectively.
- Develop, position and manage brand image.
- Manage online & offline communication channels: website, social networks, email marketing, events, PR,...
- Come up with ideas, implement and monitor advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales department to ensure campaigns are consistent and effective.
- Recruit, train and lead the marketing team.
- Assign, control work and evaluate employees’ performance.
- Analyze market data, competitors, customer behavior.
- Measure marketing campaign effectiveness through KPIs.
- Make continuous improvements to improve operational efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Be good at English
- Have at least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, at least 1–2 years in management position.
- Have deep understanding of Digital Marketing tools, Brand Management, Market Research, CRM,...
- Have strategic thinking, leadership, creativity and good analytical skills.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in logistics, supply chain, shipping.
