JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing Customs unit (building and updating the process of Export-Import Customs operation handling & specific operations such Processing, Temporary import, Re-export, bonded goods, kinds of special article such as scrap – cosmetics – dangerous goods – precious metals. Setting up important relations with Office, Department, General Department of Customs).
- Managing Transportation unit (building, improving the process of Transportation operation handling, especially Reefer tractor trucks. Ensuring a truck group is managed and supervised very strictly to ensure safety for human being & goods in the process of transportation).
- Surveying, evaluating, building and advancing package Logistics solutions for Logistics demands from Sales department, assisting Sales department in price strategy.
- Reporting, making an annual operation plan and budget for Logistics department.
- Consulting Board of Directors in building Logistics strategy in accordance with business strategy of the Company.
- Details will be exchanged in the process of an interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduating from Universities majoring in Export-Import, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related economic sectors.
- A minimum of 2 experience years at the level of Management in Logistic sector.
- Having experience of package handling for customers from goods reception, customs service, international transport, delivery at port of destination …
- English is good, having ability to communicate & work directly with agent system.
