JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing Customs unit (building and updating the process of Export-Import Customs operation handling & specific operations such Processing, Temporary import, Re-export, bonded goods, kinds of special article such as scrap – cosmetics – dangerous goods – precious metals. Setting up important relations with Office, Department, General Department of Customs).
- Managing Transportation unit (building, improving the process of Transportation operation handling, especially Reefer tractor trucks. Ensuring a truck group is managed and supervised very strictly to ensure safety for human being & goods in the process of transportation).
- Building and organizing Warehouse unit operation management (building and updating the process of Warehouse operation handling. Petitioning for software used on demand and oriented from Board of Directors).
- Surveying, evaluating, building and advancing package Logistics solutions for Logistics demands from Sales department, assisting Sales department in price strategy.
- Reporting, making an annual operation plan and budget for Logistics department.
- Consulting Board of Directors in building Logistics strategy in accordance with business strategy of the Company.
- Assisting Customer Service department in handling potential problems from complex Logistics operations.
- Assisting and organizing the assistance of other Departments at request of Director of the Company.
- Details will be exchanged in the process of an interview.
- Graduating from specialist Universities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduating from Universities majoring in Export-Import, Foreign Trade, Business Administration or related economic sectors.
- A minimum of 2 experience years at the level of Management in Logistic sector or supply chain management.
- Giving priority to candidates with work experience at Logistics companies/forwarders.
- Having experience of package handling for customers from goods reception, customs service, international transport, delivery at port of destination …
- Having experience of handling Sea freight, Air freight (including Export & Import), warehouse service …
- English is good, having ability to communicate & work directly with agent system.
- Skills of leadership, negotiation.
- Skills of training, problem solving ...
