JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and process shipments from the time of booking, making documents, consulting & supporting customers to resolve related issues until the goods are delivered to the recipient at the final destination port.
- Prepare customs declarations and send customs declarations.
- Prepare documents for OP staff to process goods (Declaration, C/O...)
- Supply quotation to customers according to the tariff of the Department.
- Monitor and check debts with trucking.
- Advise customers, sales, sales support on the nature of goods, operations arising for those goods... send quotation to sales, sales support on related costing costs.
- Job details will be discussed during the interview
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience at Customer Service & Documentation position in Shipping / Forwarder for Sea import & Export goods.
- Good English and office computer skills are preferred.
- Good communication.
- Capacity of withstanding work pressure, out-of-hour support for customers when arising.
