JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive and process shipments from booking to making documents.
- Advise and support customers to resolve arising issues until the goods are delivered to the receiver
- Job details will be discussed during the interview.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position as Customer Service & Documents in the Shipping/Forwarder industry.
- Having a good communication.
- Able to withstand work pressure, can support customers after hours when arising.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in Airline.
- Having a good English knowledge.
