JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement air freight sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and grow new business opportunities, focusing on potential clients in the air freight sector
- Lead, train, and develop the air freight sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers and transport partners
- Negotiate with airlines, agents, and clients to secure competitive rates and services

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the air freight industry, particularly in sales management.
- Good English are preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills..
- Deep understanding of the logistics market and air freight networks.
